Located in the serene and well-connected suburb of Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Palm Beach Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (Regd. No. NBOM/CIDCO.HSG(OH)/184/JTR/1995-1996, dated 27 November 1995) stands as a proud example of harmonious community living.
Formed under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, the society was established with the vision of fostering a secure, transparent, and progressive residential environment for all its members.

Our Society comprises the residents of Block C/19 to C/28, Sector 4, nestled just off the scenic Palm Beach Road — one of Navi Mumbai’s most prestigious and peaceful stretches. The locality offers the perfect blend of urban convenience and natural charm, with close proximity to educational institutions, healthcare centres, parks, and transport links.
